Rack Attack Team
Here all the way from Vancouver BC, this rackie's Honda CR-V was really in need of a rack. Running the Rack Attack Across America, this little suv made it from our main store in Vancouver, all the way to the newest store here in Minneapolis>, and was on his way to Boston. Maybe on the way back he could swing into some of the other convenient locations--9 across the US and Canada. Regardless, this car got racked out!
With it's fixed-point mounts straight from the factory, this install was a cinch. This Yakima Whispbar S16 roof rack mounts firmly into the fixed points with no clips to scratch the paint or interfere with the weather-stripping. Plus, because of the engineers at Prorack, the whispbar lives up to its name as the quietest roof rack on the market. With its airfoil shape, and foam padded interior, the whispbar cuts through the air like a hot knife through butter--only quieter, and offers a 110lb carrying capacity, plenty for the cargo box he'll be throwing on for the rest of his road trip.
Since this car got the quietest rack on the market, it also deserved the quietest box, and the sleek, glossy Thule Boxter is wind tunnel tested for maximum efficiency, and silent performance. Manufactured in Germany, the Boxter is the top of the line in cargo carriers.
With its roof rack system, and cargo box, this car is only beginning in its rack journey, since the bars are ready to carry bikes, boats, or anything in between. This CRV is ready to hit the road, toward Boston and beyond!
